NAFW Vendor Booth Registration — Terms & Conditions

By registering for a vendor booth at North America Fashion Week 2026, the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy
   All vendor booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
   • Vendor cancellation
   • Weather conditions
   • Low attendance
   • Changes in event programming or schedule
2. Vendor understands that booth registration secures space only and does not guarantee sales, foot traffic, or business outcomes.
3. Neither AmPowering nor North America Fashion Week is responsible for individual vendor sales performance.
4. AmPowering and North America Fashion Week act solely as event organizers and venue coordinators. They are not responsible for any vendor's revenue, losses, customer engagement, or lack of sales. All business transactions are strictly between Vendor and customers.
5. This is a North America Fashion Week event involving colored powder and outdoor activity. Vendor acknowledges and agrees:
   • Vendors are solely responsible for the security and protection of their products, merchandise, displays, signage, equipment, cash, and personal belongings throughout the event.
   • Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their booths within the designated setup and breakdown times provided by the event organizers.
   • All displays, decorations, and promotional materials must remain within the assigned booth space and must not obstruct aisles, emergency exits, or neighboring vendor spaces.
   • Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event and comply with all venue rules and event policies.
   • AmPowering and North America Fashion Week (NAFW) are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendor property or merchandise before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate at their own risk.
6. Vendor must operate only within their assigned booth space.
7. Booth sharing or sub-leasing is not allowed without written approval.
8. Vendors must complete setup and teardown during designated times.
9. Vendors must maintain a safe, and professional booth environment.
10. Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor violating event rules without refund.
11. Vendor releases and holds harmless AmPowering, North America Fashion Week, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and venue partners from any claims related to:
    • Personal injury
    • Property damage
    • Theft or loss
    • Product liability
    • Customer disputes
12. Vendor agrees to indemnify organizers against any claims arising from Vendor's products, services, or conduct.
13. Organizers reserve the right to modify event layout, vendor placement, timing, or programming.
14. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (weather, government restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control), vendor fees remain non-refundable.
15. Vendor grants permission for AmPowering and Seattle Color Festival to use photos/videos of vendor booths, products, and interactions for promotional purposes without compensation.
